Cat Ba Island

Cat Ba is an archipelago housing 366 islands and islets. It is recognized by UNESCO in 2004 World Biosphere Reserve. The climate is both tropical and maritime. In summer, the temperature is 23-24 degrees. It is the pearl of the Tonkin Golf.
The beaches are numerous: Cat Co 1, Cat Co 2, Cat Dua, Cát Ong, Cát Trai, Đưong Danh etc… This is small beaches with fine sand discrete, with well-salted and pure water. They lean against against the mountains, which gives visitors the feeling of living in a paradise.
In the morning, all red sun rises from the mountains, waves continue in the sea when boats and ships dropped anchor to reach very agitated fish markets.
