Vaccination and health
When your travel is organized by Lana tour, we ensure well that the conditions under which the travel takes place are sufficiently reassuring. No vaccinations are obligatory.
It is nevertheless advisable to update diphtheria-tetanus- polio vaccination as well as against typhoid fever and viral hepatitis A and B.
If your trip follows a route off the beaten track in the areas of Ratanakiri, Mondulkiri or in Cardamom trails, there is no need to take vaccination against malaria.
Drug side: it is useful to take: disinfectant, compresses, aspirin, bandages, ointment for sprains and strain, anti -diarrheal, antispasmodic, antiemetic, repellent against mosquitoes for remote areas.
It is advisable not to drink tap water: prefer encapsulated bottled waters, locally produced or imported. Otherwise, filter the water and boil it before consumption.
Please note at the end that Cambodia is quite seriously affected by HIV - AIDS. Preventive measures must be applied.
