Ha Noi arrival
Transfer: (30 km - 45 minutes)
Arrive in Hanoi, our guide will accompany youto your hotel and help you check your room. Visit the Old Quarter or relax in a park or a lake (that make Hanoione of the greenestcities in Asia). Luch in the restaurant with local specialities
After lunch, you will explore theHommarket withvariousherbs, spices and herbs. In the evening,our guide will escort you to the Indochine restaurant, situated in an authentic French colonial villa. The menu banana flower salad, delicious Nem, spring rolls and fried chicken with chilisauce. Overnight in HaNoi
Day 2
Ha Noi Cooking class & visit
Breakfast at hotel! You continue a cooking course: a walk to the market, very intense place of life, rich in meeting stochoose the ingredients you will enjoy later.It is in a charmin gold quarter of Hanoi and, accompanied by a chef and his assistants that you will beasked to make some traditional dishes.
In the afternoon, visit the Temple of Literature, the first national university in the original architecture built in the eleventh century and now dedicated to the worship of Confucius and the Scholars. This Temple has become the symbol of Hanoi and the Vietnamese Culture.
In the evening, you will enjoy a puppet show on the water, folk art of the peoples in the Red River Delta. Overnight at hotel
Day 3
Ha Noi – A Day street food tour
Today is surely your wonderfull day with treet food in Vietnamse capital. Start the day tour with a typical Vietnamese breakfast, the famous beef or chicken and rice noodle soup, Phở
Then, we drive to one of the market to learn about and taste some of the ingredients used in the local cuisine and to watch the buying and selling rituals of a Vietnamese market. You wil be introduced to some of the vendors, explain about the ingredients for sale and assist you with purchasing items to take home.
Next destination is Trúc Bạch lake. There you will have a snack of Phở Cuốn, a grilled beef and rice noodle roll with fresh herbs and dipping sauce. Not far from Truc Bach Lake, this is the oldest pagode in Ha Noi: Tran Quoc pagode. You will visit this pagode and lunch at one of Hanoi’s Bún Chả establishments, to enjoy traditional grilled pork and rice vermicelli noodles with fresh herbs, greens and crispy spring rolls (Nem Ràn).
In the afternoon, you will visit the Museum of Ethnography, which offers a way of life, customs and habits of the 54 ethnic minorities populating Vietnam.
Your street food tour will be end in “Bia Hoi” restaurant where you can taste the local beer and some snack. Back to your hotel and free dinner. Overnight in Ha Noi
Day 4
Ha Noi – Ha Long bay
Transfer: 200 km – 4.5 hours drive
08:00 – 08:30, Pick up at hotel for three and a half hours road trip with short refreshment on half way to Halong Bay. Arrive at Bai Chay Wharf, transfer by tender to the Marguerite Junk boat – enjoy Welcome Drink. Receive Junk Facilities and Cruise Instruction as well as Cruise Briefing before check in to cabins and begin cruise Off the Beaten Track. Lunch - deluxe Vietnamese Set Menu is served.
Arrive at the Surprise Cave area. Transfer by tender to visit this amezing Cave.
Walk up the 100 steps to the entrance of the cave and tour on foot for approximately 45 minutes. Then return to the boat. Enjoy kayaking program to the nearby Cave, lagoon and surrounding waters as well as exploring the daily life of the local people in floating village
Enjoy swimming or relaxing on board. Then you will take part in our cooking class with crispy spring rolls
Dinner - deluxe Vietnamese Set Menu Dinner. Then you will enjoy evening activities include: film entertainment in the dining room, board games and playing cards are available, squid fishing from the boat with our crew. End of program for Day One.
Day 5
Ha Long bay – Ha Noi – flight to Hue
Transfer: 200 km – 4.5 hours drive
Flight: 1 hour
07:00 Coffee, tea and light breakfast pastries served in the dining room. Then you will enjoy riding on the rowing boat to the tunnel cave
Back to the boat to check-out of cabins. Enjoy relaxing, sunbathing on sundeck while our boat cruise back on different route. Lunch Set Menu served in the dining room while enjoy the bay scenery as we approach the pier (passing Fight Cocks, Incense Burner, Stone Dog). Around noon, transfer by tender to the pier, relax inside the pier building while waiting for return transportation.
Landing and return to Hanoi by road, visit the But Thap pagoda. Built in the 17th century, this is one of Vietnam's most famous for its architecture and statues.

Day 6
Hue discovery and cooking class
Discover the citadel whose architecture is reminiscent ofeasterncitadels with a touch of French inspiration. You will then received by a Vietnamese lovely couplein their pretty garden-house (Tha Om Garden) for a cooking class in which you learn to concoct delicious traditional dishes from the region. Lunch will be the opportunity to taste the dishes prepared by your care and other specialties of Hue made by your hosts.
In the afternoon, visiting Hue begins in the morning with a visit to the Imperial City of the Nguyen Dynasty (1804-1945). Discover the main monuments of the World Heritage: The Flag Tower, the Porte du Midi, the Pavilion of Edicts, the Palace of Supreme Harmony, Forbidden Purple City ..Free time and overnight in hotel
Day 7
Hue – Da Nang – Hoi An
Transfer: (110 km – 3.5 hours)
Departure by road to Hoi An, the unique city of Vietnam remained intact to become an invaluable cultural and historical heritage, through the famous clouds col that offers from it top a superb panorama view on the coast of Central Vietnam .
Arrival in Hoi An, Strolling is the best ways to discover Hoi An, so random streets, you will find colonial houses, a picturesque Japanese bridge, pagodas, many shops...A charming stopover! Overnight in hotel
Day 8
Hoi An discovery
Boat ride to the mouth of the river .From here you can watch the scenes of fishing plaice and hawk, daily practiced by the inhabitants. Explore the mangrove forest on a bamboo boat. Back on the mainland and bike ride through the countryside to the village of Tra Que. This village has created quite are putation for its herbs, mint and basilin mind. You will be welcomed by a local family in a warm and friendly ambience. A pure moment of exchange, conviviality and good humor. There, you will have lunch with tasting of the famous specialty of the village, "Tam Huu" assortment of shrimp, pork and herbs and six other dishes with regional specialties. Possibility to enjoy 14th Lunar Night - Monthly Lantern Event in Hoi An
During the 14th Lunar Night, the street lights in Hoi An Old Town are turned off and the whole town comes alive with the signature lanterns of Hoi An. The ambience turns surreal and romantic in this ancient town. Many locals from the surrounding districts travel to Hoi An during this night to enjoy the festive ambience and candle lanterns are sold by street peddlers for visitors to release on the river for good fortune. The sight of candle lanterns floating on the river is one not to be missed! The 14th Lunar Night indeed is the best time to be in Hoi An when it is at its prettiest!
Day 9
Hoi An – Da Nang – Sai Gon – Bonsai Cruise Dinner
Flight: 1 hour
After breakfast at hotel, transfer to Danang airport for flight to SaiGon. Arrival inSaigon, greeted by the guide andthe driver of the South where we transfer directly to our centrally located hotel.
In the afternoon you have city tour in Sai Gon. We'll embark on a tour of this cosmopolitan city, visiting Cholon, the War Remnants Museum and the Reunification Palace. Cholon, home to HCMC's substantial Chinese population, is also the site of the largest market in Vietnam, the Ben Thanh market. The War Remnants museum contains a wealth of images from Vietnam's wars, the most moving being a gallery entitled Requiem, dedicated to Vietnamese and foreign journalists and photographers who perished during the French and American conflicts. Close to the Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office represent prime examples of French Colonial architecture.
Evening, enjoy Bonsai Cruise Dinner.You will take this dinner when you cruise on the river, it certainly gives you extraordinary experiences contemplating the bustling city of Saigon in the night time. Overnight in hotel
Day 10
Sai Gon – Ben Tre – Can Tho
Transfer: (200 km – 5 hours)
Morning heading out of the bustling city, we ride along rice field to Mekong delta. On arrival in the town of Ben Tre, you will board a local boat. It will take you to the river, to discover the daily activities of local people. Among other things, you can attend the manufacture of bricks and coir. You will continue to coves Nhon Thanh and Son Cai where local families have specialized in the manufacture of mats. You will have the opportunity to taste seasonal fruits. We will continue exploring the surroundings by bike ride. Your journey will continue through the rice fields and vegetable crops. In the afternoon, you will take a rowing boat in the cove Cai Coi before embarking again on a boat to explore the creek Cai Coi. You will continue our trip to Can Tho. Overnight in Victoria hotel.
Day 11
Can Tho –Sai Gon
Transfer: (200 km – 5 hours)
Early morning, the sounds of floating market wake you up. Breakfast on board while the boat is moving towards Can Tho up the Bassac River. Arrival at Can Tho, transfer on to a local boat to visit the Cai Rang floating market, the largest in the whole Mekong Delta.
Landing late morning (around 10am) on the Ninh Kieupier. Resuming the way back to Saigon.
The afternoon affords us free time for some last minute shopping or relaxing.
Saigon After Dark
For those who want to experience the night life of Ho Chi Minh City. Part night excursion, part street local food adventures. You will experience the nightlife of Saigon the way locals do, all from the back of a vintage Vespa scooter. Stops include drinks at Zoom cafe to watch “the world goes by”, food and drinks at local restaurants, samplings of Saigon best authentic street local food, a Vietnamese-style coffee shop (with live music) and wrapping up the evening at one of the many local nightclubs (with live music), where the new generation of Vietnamese unwind and flaunt their unique style. You can ride pillion behind our drivers to enjoy and experience the Vietnamese night life with friends...
