With this not too difficult hike you will discover the three valleys around Sapa. Also an opportunity to take asoo thing herbal bath Dao and discover the different plants that compose it.

Day 1
Lao Cai - Ma Tra - Lu Khau - Ta Phin
( Distance: ~ 10 km / Time . 3-4 h)
Arrive at Lao Cai railway station. Welcome by our guide and driver and departure to Ma Tra village. Discover the richness of the Dao culture through this amazing ride. This ride is open to all and runs through the middle of the rice terraces valleys Ma Tra and Ta Phin. Your hosts, a Dao family will welcome her home to share a meal and night. You can take a soothing herbal bath Dao after the meal.
Day 2
Sa Seng - Hau Thao - Giang Ta Chai
( Distance: ~ 17 km / Time . 5-6 h)
After breakfast, departure for the ascent of Hang Da tray before placing a collar that will take us into the valley of Muong Hoa. Arriving at the village of Hau Thao where you have beautiful panoramic views of the entire valley. Picnic lunch then continued walking amongst the rice fields. Dinner and overnight in a house owned by a family Dzay.
Day 3
Su Pan - Ban Den – Lao Cai
( Distance: ~ 14 km / Time . 4-5 h)
After breakfast, hike through lush paddy fields. If the weather permits, possibility to swim in the river outerasse rice waterfall. Visit Giang Ta Chai where three different ethnic groups, the Dzai, Hmong and Dao coexist. Picnic lunch at Su Pan then you will continue walking to the Tay village of Ban Den. You can admire beautiful houses on stilts with a remarkable view. Then our driver will take you back to Sapa. Opportunity to take a shower before taking transportation that will take you to Lao Cai to take the night train to Hanoi.
