Day 1
Lao Cai - GiangTra - Khau Lu - Ta Phin
Distance: ~ 10 km / Duration: 3-4 h
Arrive at Lao Cai railway station. Welcome by our guide and driver at the exit of the station. The hike starts at 9am around Ma Tra village, enough to leave you time to take a shower and breakfast. Lunch. After fifteen minutes of transport. You will arrive at the place of beginning of the trekking. Spend the day in the middle of the rice terraces. Discover the richness of the Dao culture through this amazing ride. Your hosts, a Dao family will welcome her home to share a meal and night. You can prepare meals with the family. The whole family eats together. You can take a soothing herbal bath Dao after the meal.
Day 2
Suoi Ho - Ban Khoang - Sin Chai
Distance: ~ 16km / Duration: ~ 5 -6h .
After leaving of your hosts, you will go back to the middle of the rice terraces on small trails frequented nonsaison harvest, towards the village of Suoi Ho. You learn Hmong and Dao cultures in a region still very isolated, you will cross a bamboo forest, magnificent rice terraces while the knowledge of local populations. You will also visit a livestock farm salmon. Cettte walking is ideal for admiring the stunning landscapes. Lunch and stroll in the village of Sin Chai to discover the daily life of the locals before arriving at the inhabitant. Dinner and overnight at the black Hmong .
Day 3
Sin Chai - San Sa Ho - San Chai - Lao Cai
Distance: ~ 14km / Duration : ~ 4 -5h .
After breakfast, your tour will begin at 9:00 am, departure for the discovery Chai sanfabuleux landscapes of mountains, beautiful walk through lush paddy fields, bamboo forests, visit the famous suspension bridge, then explore the village of San Sa Ho and San Chai where black H'mong live. Picnic lunch. You go along the Muong Hoa valley where you superb sour his famous chain of Hoang Lien mountain panoramic views. Back to Sapa by bus. Opportunity to take a shower before resuming the mini- bus that takes you back to Lao Cai to take the night train to Hanoi ..
